Caroline has worked in the Priory School Humanities department for the last 15 years, gaining a wealth of leadership experience in a number of areas; Geography and Psychology being specialist subjects to GCSE level. Take up and results for GCSE Geography at the Priory School is well above the national average. Last year Caroline was designated as one of the first 80 UN accredited Climate Change teachers in the UK. She has now completed facilitator training for NPQML and will be hosting her first cohort for the course in 2020. She has vast experience in organising and leading field trips and enrichment trips both in the UK and abroad (with visits to countries such as Iceland). She has also worked closely with the Head of Geography in a number of areas, particularly with the analysis of data to support achievement, to introduce the new curriculum programme, and support of Associate Teachers through the Initial Teacher Training programme.
