Tom Bennett is the Department for Education's 'Behaviour Czar' and advises on behaviour policy. He coaches and trains teachers and schools in behaviour policies, classroom practices and teacher training. His book 'The Behaviour Guru' has been given to all new members of the NUT for the past four years. In 2015 he was long listed as one of the world's top teachers in the GEMS Global Teacher Prize, and in the same year made the Huffington Post's 'Top ten Global Bloggers' list. His TES online resources have been viewed over 1,200,000 times. In his spare time he writes about education, and runs researchED, which he founded in 2013.

Mike Cladingbowl is the Executive Principal of Knutsford Multi-Academy Trust. He began teaching in 1987 and was the head teacher of a successful secondary school in Cheshire before becoming one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors at Ofsted in 2002, where he worked in school improvement and led a national programme of change to the inspection of local authority and council services, including safeguarding.

His senior posts at Ofsted include Regional Director North, National Director, Schools, and National Director, Education Inspection Reform, with strategic responsibility for the recent reform of the inspection of schools, colleges, training providers, independent schools and early years in England. He is known nationally for his work in Ofsted and has worked with the most senior figures in English education.

Mike joined Knutsford Multi-Academy Trust as its new Executive Principal in early 2015. He is married with two children who are still at primary and secondary schools. He lives in North Shropshire.
